Notifications and sync. Phone contacts sync puts your tenants in your phone's contacts app. One time setup, automatic forever. New tenants appear on their own, moved out tenants disappear, rent changes update, and an incoming call shows who is calling and which property. It's read only, your phone can't change tenant data. Generate new setup link starts the pairing. Turn off and revoke access ends it. iPhone refreshes on its own schedule, usually within the hour. Android uses a card DAV app.

Enable notifications asks the browser once, and from then on this device is told when a tenant messages you, submits a repair, an ACH payment arrives, or a lease is fully signed.
