No account required. Visit our screening page, enter your applicant's info, choose a package starting at $25, and pay via card. We email your applicant a consent link — once they authorize, the report runs and results come to you. If you're a new user, you'll be offered a free 30-day Pro trial after your first screen. Existing LandlordPro users can also run screens directly from the tenant dashboard.
How does Bank Sync work?
Bank Sync connects your operating bank account via Stripe Financial Connections to automatically import transactions, detect mortgage payments, and categorize expenses for Schedule E. Available as a $9/mo addon on all plans — including Free. Property Manager gets it included at no extra charge. One account connection typically covers all your mortgage payments since most landlords pay from a single checking account.

No, monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased credits are valid for 2 years. Credits are used for AI receipt scanning, lease scanning, and AI court summaries.
What if I have more than 100 units?
