Questions
Does my company pay anything?
No. The fee is billed per owner and appears on that owner's statement. Your company pays nothing to use LandlordPro for its clients.
Do owners still need their own plan?
No. Owners you manage are billed at management pricing instead of a LandlordPro plan.
What happens if an owner stops using us?
The owner keeps their account and every record in it. They pick their own plan and carry on. Their tenants' portal and rent payments are never interrupted.
Are tenants charged anything for being managed?
No. There are no tenant fees tied to being managed by a company.
Do you hold rent or run a trust account?
No. Rent goes directly to each owner's connected account. LandlordPro never holds, pools or disburses other people's money.
