The Tenant Card

The tenant card, one per unit, the unit and its size and rent across the top. Then the status, the tenant icon bar, the person, the lease, the money and how they pay. The pill is the lease status, current lease not started or lease ended.

The icon bar, send a bill, payment settings, a reminder, the contact card, messages, the portal key and a look at the tenant's portal. It's the same bar as on the rent roll and it has its own video, the tenant icon bar.

Nudges0:31

Under it, a nudge when something's missing, like a move in checklist not done. Complete opens it, the ex dismisses it.

Lease & money0:40

The person with email and phone, lease start and end. Monthly rent and the security deposit with whether it's held, pending or unpaid.

Late · On time · Rate0:49

Late on time and the on time rate from every month you've tracked. Edit to edit the payment history month by month. Tenant since and tenant lifetime, how long they've been with you and everything they've paid. Link records, ties and payments that were logged before this tenant was in LandlordPro.

Payment History1:07

Payment history, mark every unpaid month on time or late in one go or set each month yourself. Locked months are ones already paid on the rent roll.

Edit & delete1:18
