The year you're viewing, arrow step a year, all shows everything. Unrefresh decides whether the page reopens on this year or on all. Then the three views, ledger, income and expenses in one list, revenue and expenses.

Revenue0:24

Revenue is rent income straight from the rent roll, tenant amount, property month. You don't type these, marking rent paid creates them.

Ledger0:33

Ledger puts both side-by-side, a revenue column and an expense column, and system rows show up here too. A linked loan interest line from equipment financing, the mortgage, auto taxes.

View options0:46

View, grouped by category with subtotals, show property splits as separate rows, show or hide system entries. The insurance, taxes, mortgage, and ACH fee, Rows LandlordPro generates. Or receipts only, your primary documents, nothing from the bank. Schedule E counts everything regardless.

Rows & actions1:06

Each row edits in place. Date, vendor, amount, category, property, description. The type column says where it came from. A mortgage and auto tax, a scan the bank. On the right, attach files, upload the receipt image, full edit, split across properties and delete.

Estimates & superseded1:24

Taxes and insurance you set up on the portfolio appear as estimates. Enter the real bill and the estimate is superseded by the receipt, grayed out underneath, so nothing is counted twice.

Locked years1:36

Lock turns the table read-only. Clean text, no inputs, better for reviewing. Estimated rows show an ESD badge and enter actual to replace the estimate with the real amount.
