16. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

A. Text Message (SMS) Notifications

Landlord uses LandlordPro, an electronic property management system that can send text message (SMS) notifications regarding rent reminders, payment confirmations, maintenance updates, and other important property-related communications.

Tenant's SMS Communication Preference:
If you consent to SMS notifications:
  • Message frequency varies based on rent schedule (typically 1-4 messages per month)
  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
  • Reply HELP for assistance
  • Your consent is not a condition of renting the Property
